Practice Character Voices By Reading To Kids

Tuesday Tips

#TuesdayTips – September 24, 2019

If you have kids of your own, or have friends or family with children, ask if you can read to them! As a father of two girls, trust me, they’ll love it and so will you. It’s a great way to help support their cognitive development, and for you to practice character voices in a safe and welcoming environment. Kids books are  packed full of interesting characters, and there are no rules! Have fun and test your limits. Another option is reaching out to your local library. Sometimes they have a story group that will provide an opportunity and audience for you to read to a group. If you want some pointers on some awesome kids books to try, hit me up! Remember to follow me on all the socials at @mattfogsvo and watch for new #TuesdayTips content to be posted every Tuesday morning.
